Jane was born on September 11, 1922 in Madison, daughter of the late Charles H. and Florence P. (Gilbert) Baker. Early on Jane and her family moved from Madison to Cottage Grove where she attended elementary school. The family moved back to Madison where she graduated from Madison East High School in 1941. After graduation Jane worked in several business offices doing clerical work. On July 18, 1959 she married Lloyd Horn of Greenwood. He survives. Jane was a dedicated mother and wife who worked tirelessly on their dairy farm right alongside her husband Lloyd day in and day out for over 34 years. Hobbies included baking, working in her flower and vegetable gardens and really enjoyed the time spent and miles logged snowmobiling winter after winter. She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Greenwood.

Survivors include her loving husband Lloyd of Greenwood; two daughters: Crystal (Daniel) Trunkel of Willard and Patricia (Rodney) Nachreiner of Mauston and two grandchildren. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.
