Larson, Frances (29 April 1919 - 19 October 1967)
Mrs. Chester (Frances) Larson, 49, of Black River Falls, died October 19, in
Black River Memorial Hospital after a three-month illness.
She was born April 29, 1919, in Alma Center, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas
Tande. She resided in Black River Falls many years and for the last eight years
had been employed at the Pines Motel.
Mrs. Larson is survived by her husband; three sons, Ronald Dorwin of Milwaukee,
and Dennis and Calvin Larson of Black River Falls; two daughters, Sandra Dorwin
of Racine and Sherry Larson of Black River Falls; five sisters, Mrs. Oliver
Smith and Mrs. Ellsworth Skaar, both of Merrillan, Mrs. Harold Wold of Alma
Center, Mrs. Foris Kaas and Mrs. Allen Hostetter of Anaheim, Calif.; four
brothers, Faye and Kenneth of Alma Center, Ferris of Black River Falls, and
Forrest of Anaheim, Calif.; and by three grandchildren.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
Black River Falls, the Rev. T. A. Rykken officiating. Burial was made in
Riverside Cemetery at Black River Falls.
