St. John’s Lutheran (Baptisms - 29 October 1967)

In a double baptismal ceremony Sunday in St. John’s Lutheran Church, Mark Allen, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Christie of La Crosse and Corrine Louise, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Keller of St. Paul, Minn., were baptized by the Rev. Norman W. Lindloff. Mr. and Mrs. Keller were sponsors for Mark Allen and Mr. and Mrs. Christie were the sponsors for Corrine Louise. A dinner in honor of the occasion was served at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Christie. Guests were Rex Krejci, Mrs. Free Christie and Mrs. Alvina Gault. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Christie and family visited at the Christie home in the afternoon.
