Greenwood (2 November 1967)
Mrs. Matt Nowosel of Glenview, Ill., and Miss Mary Smaldone of Maywood, Ill,
arrived Monday to visit their mother, Mrs. Frank Smaldone, who resides at
Memorial Home in Neillsville, and to spend some time with friends in Greenwood.
The Intersee Club was entertained Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. Arnold
Beyer.
Don Warner and several friends from Chetek and Madison left Tuesday, to spend
the week hunting in Montana. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Offord of Thorp were guests
Sunday at the Lawrence Cox home. They were accompanied by Mrs. Agnes Gorsegner,
who spent a few days at the Offord home.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Vollrath visited in Owen Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Lee Jens.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Decker, Mrs Erna Wehrman and Mrs. Olga Reineking visited in
Green Bay Sunday. Mrs. Reineking remained for an extended visit at the Dale
Vollrath home.
Miss Kathryn Brux, who teaches in Madison, spent the weekend with her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux.
