Decker, Emma (12 APR 1874 - 5 SEP 1963)

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Decker, 89, who died Sept. 5, 1963, of complications of old age, were held at Dorchester Monday, Sept. 9 at St. Louis' Catholic Church, with the Rev. Gerald Schuh officiating.

The parish children's choir sang during the requiem high mass, accompanied by organist, Sister Fidelia.

Burial followed in the Dorchester Catholic (Dorchester Memorial) Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were made by the Maurina Funeral Home at Dorchester.

The former Emma Ulman was born April 12, 1874, and on Oct 20, 1895, she was married to Nicholas Decker at Machville, Wis. The couple farmed in the town of Holton for 45 years.
