Mr. and Mrs. Oscar R. Neeb of Loyal Wisconsin, announce the engagement of their daughter, LaVaun R. Neeb, Dodge Center, Minnesota, to Jack D. Heikkinen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Heikkinen of Eveleth, Minnesota.

Miss Neeb is a 1954 graduate of the Loyal High School and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics at Stout State College, Menomonie, Wisconsin, in May 1958.  She has been employed as a staff member of the U.S.D.A. (United States Department of Agriculture) and the University of Minnesota in the Agricultural Extension Service since July of 1958.  She is the Dodge county Home Agent.

Her fiancé is a 1954 graduate of the Gilbert (Minnesota) High School.  Upon completing his active military service in 1960, he returned to Virginia (Minnesota) Junior College.

Mr. Heikkinen, a senior at Winona State College, will complete his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts in the spring.
