Neillsville Locals (9 November 1967)
Ronald Kosmosky, a 1967 graduate of Neillsville High School and son of Mr. and
Mrs. Stephen Kosmosky, is studying medical technology at the Medical Institute
of Minnesota. He is taking a 12-month course.
Mrs. Lowell Dorn of Abbotsford visited last week Tuesday with her mother, Mrs.
Olaf Olson, in Memorial home and helped her celebrate her 92nd birthday. Mrs.
Dorn was accompanied to Neillsville by Mrs. Edith Neitzel and Mrs. Bea Grundine
of Abbotsford. On Thursday, guests of Mrs. Olson at Memorial Home were her
son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Schwarze of Greenwood. Other members
of her family had visited her Sunday, prior to her birthday.
Mrs. George Grether, who had been in Memorial Hospital, was dismissed from the
hospital Thursday and is convalescing at her home on Grand Avenue. Mrs. Chester
Ploeger of Menno, S. D., spent last week with her mother. Visiting one day last
week with Mrs. Grether were her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Grether of St.
Cloud, Minn.
