Globe (1 APR 1915)

Mr. Kinkal and family of Berlin, who have bought the Frank Wellnitz place, arrived here last Wednesday with their stock and household goods. We all hope that they will like this country.

Ernest Hemp, Louis Quast and Eric Schoenherr, Sr. and their families visited Sunday with Fred Steinberg and wife.

Erna Grap called on Mr. and Mrs. Christ Christensen last Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Albert Klueckman is on the sick list at present.

Ferd Grap and family spent Sunday with Rob Schlinkert and wife.

A number of friends gathered at the home of Rob Schlinkert last Thursday evening and helped Mrs. Schlinkert sew some carpet rags. Everyone enjoyed themselves eating candy and cake.

Arthur Wegner and best girl and Oscar Kuenkel spent Sunday afternoon with Mayme Hemp.

Tony Hemp and Mrs. Roy Mosher were callers at Neillsville Saturday.

There was a birthday party at Ed. Prock’s Sunday in honor of Ed’s birthday.

Otto Kaslow and wife and little Hildagard Hoffman visited Sunday with Albert Kaslow and family.

Wm. Glasow and wife spent Sunday with Gus Grap and wife.

Mrs. Edward Schwellenback and children are visiting relatives at Marshfield.

Wm. Kuhl and wife called on Mr. and Mrs. John Jacklin Sunday.

Joe Butler of Neillsville is doing some papering work at the home of Albert Hemp.

Erna Meihock was a caller on Mrs. Richard Hagedorn Sunday.
