The newly organized band is progressing nicely under the management of Mr.
Kegley.
A few of the neighbors spent Saturday evening at the home of Amos Kegley. The
evening was spent in dancing, and everyone reported a jolly time.
Miss Lillian Nelson spent Saturday night and Sunday with Gladys Winters.
Mrs. W.E. Bell is sick with La Grippe.
Mrs. Wm. Ottow spent the weekend at J.A. Short’s helping care for the sick
there. They are reported on the gain at this writing.
Sunday school was organized Sunday. The following officers were elected: Mrs.
Linton, superintendent, Jesse Wilding assistant superintendent, Ralph Short
treasurer, Irvin Stevens secretary and Mrs. Ed. Short librarian.
Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Moloenhauer and family spent Sunday evening at the R. Frantz
home.
Charlie Hubing was seen on our streets Sunday afternoon.
