The ice makers and packers are about done. They were wise in going after it when
it was time
The Editor went around this town Monday, looking up business and digging up news
for his paper to make Granton news out of it. It sometimes takes two to make
one.
Quite a number of our farmers attended the Institute at Granton Tuesday and
Wednesday.
Mr. P.J. Kemmeter was in town on business last week Friday.
Miss Abby Lindow has finished her work in the Anton Hogenson store and is at
home since Sunday.
L.A. Allen was a Neillsville business caller Monday night.
Miss Gladys Wage and Jay Waterman attended Farmers’ Institute at Granton Tuesday
night.
Mrs. C.R. Waterman attended the O.E.S. Birthday Club at Mrs. Edw. Schroeders at
Granton Saturday afternoon.
The Equity will ship stock from Chili and Granton next Monday and Tuesday. Call
up Happe if you have anything to ship.
