Miss Vera Shierholtz of Neillsville spent Saturday and Sunday with the Misses Ruby and Gertrude Martin.


Mrs. R.C. Norman was a Neillsville visitor Thursday.


Mrs. R.T. Washburn and Mrs. Geo. R. Brooks attended the O.E.S. birthday club at Mrs. Ed. Schroeders Saturday afternoon.


Misses Helen and Anna Sternitzky went to Wausau to attend the funeral of their cousin’s little five year old daughter.


R.T. Washburn, secretary for the Beaver Colony #128 of this place received a message of the death of J.N. Bewker of Rudolph. Mr. Bewker was a member of the Beaver Colony of this place in good standing. He is well known here, being a section foreman here for some years on the C.M. & St. P. Road before going to Rudolph. His death was caused by pneumonia, the 22nd of this month and came as a great surprise to his friends.


John Breseman, O.W. Becker, Joe Wiertz, all had ice bees this week.


Mr. Mayhew and Agnes Krause spent Saturday with Mrs. J. Breseman.


Frank Lockbraum spent Saturday and Sunday with friends here.


C.S. Batterson of Walworth, Wis. with a carload of household goods and stock moved in south of Lynn last Friday.
