Clark County, Town of Grant, ss:
I, the undersigned, hereby apply to the Town Board for a license to keep a
saloon on the following described premises, to wit; Lots #1 and #2, Block D, of
the original plot of the Village of Granton, Sec. 2, town 24, range 1, west, for
the sale in quantities less than one gallon of strong spirituous, malt, ardent,
or intoxicating liquors to be drank on the premises; such license to remain in
force until the first Tuesday in July next, unless sooner revoked by said board.
If suh license be ordered granted by said board; the undersigned will execute
the bonds required by law, and pay into the treasury of such town the amount
fixed by said Board to be charged for such license.
