Sample, Rowena (? -19 November 1967)
Word was received Sunday of the death of Mrs. Rowena Sample, 88, after a few
days’ illness. Funeral services were to be conducted Tuesday from the funeral
home in Augusta. She and her late husband were residents here for several years.
After her husband’s death, she moved to Port Edwards to be near her daughter,
Mrs. Joe Rude.
