Farmers around here are either busy digging potatoes or threshing.
Mr. John Coulthardt's new house is rapidly nearing completion.
Mr. DeFranie of Shortville has been doing carpenter work this week for Mr. A.
Maleole.
Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Boller of Star Corner and Mr. and Mrs. R.H. Davis of Lindsey
and Mrs. Dais' mother, Mrs. Kenyon, of Tryoy, Penn., spent Sunday with Mr. and
Mrs. Geo. Redman.
Miss Isabelle Frechette spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Tullis.
Mr. Louis Scholtz was a Granton visitor on Saturday
Mrs. Bertha Frechette visited Mrs. Redman on Monday.
Mr. Geo. Burdick has been helping Albert Gaul dig potatoes.
Miss Helen Seman visited at Mrs. Bertha Frechette's Sunday.
Mrs. Geo. M. Redman visited Mrs. R.H. Davis in Lindsey, Tuesday.
Willie Tullis gives a dance in the town hall Saturday night in honor of
relatives visiting here from Iowa.
