Green, Ralph (15 SEP 1892 - 8 SEP 1963)
Ralph S. Green, 71, of Bluffton, Ind., a former Abbotsford resident, died Sunday
of injuries received in a Labor Day car accident.
Mr. Green was born Sept. 15, 1892, in Ohio, and shortly after moved to
Wisconsin. His marriage to Alma Neitzel, who died in 1957, took place at Curtiss
(Clark Co., Wis.) June 16, 1915. In 1936 they moved to Abbotrsford, where he
operated a variety sotre until 1943, when they moved to Bluffton.
He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, the Masonic Lodge and the Order of
Eastern Star.
Mr. Green is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Lila) Mittelstadt,
Bluffton, Ind.; Mrs. Al (Jeanette) Goldamer, Milwaukee; and Mrs. Francis
(Shirley) Lovett, Cincinnati, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Laurence (Edith) Neitzel,
Abbotsford; and Mrs. Jake (Lucy) Johnson, Curtiss. There are seven
grandchildren.
