Budzinski, Eugene Francis (21 JAN 1935 - 14 MAR 1995)

Eugene F. Budzinski, 60, W11876 Cty Tk. M, Thorp, Town of Mead, died Tuesday, March 14, 1995 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Eugene was born January 21, 1935 at Thorp, WI, the son of John and Margaret (Haas) Budzinski. He attended Thorp area schools and lived in Chicago for a short time before moving back to Thorp. Gene drove school bus for the Thorp School District for over 34 years. He was united in marriage to Vera Starks on July 31, 1965 at the Stanley Presbyterian Church in Stanley, WI. After their marriage they resided in Thorp since. Eugene also was a milk hauler, worked at the Stanley Corporation and later as a security guard at I.T.T.

Surviving are his wife Vera of Thorp; two sons, William (Bud) (wife Lori) of Norlina, NC and Emory (Carrie) of Wausau, WI; two grandchildren, Angela and Brett; his mother Margaret Budzinski of Thorp; one sister, Mary Ann (Joseph) Truckey; two brothers, Jack (Barb) Budzinski and Bernard (Joan) Budzinski, all of Thorp. He was preceded in death by his father in 1993 and one sister Betty in 1982.

Funeral services were held Saturday, M arch 18, 1995, 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Thorp with Pastor Robert Wilcken officiating. Burial was in Eidsvold Cemetery. Nephews served as pallbearers.
