Grandma Kier is proud possessor of a new stove.
Miss Alma Pischer delightfully entertained a large number of her young friends last Friday night in honor of her sixteenth birthday. An orchestra of 5 pieces furnished the music. At midnight light refreshments were served and the young people departed in the early morning hours, wishing Alma many happy returns of the day.
Selma and Olga Krause walked to Granton Saturday.
Miss Alma Pischer is at Granton assisting Mrs. Mott Osgood with her household duties since Saturday.
Mrs. Kier and Mrs. Dahlke attended W.J. Marsh’s sale at Neillsville, Saturday.
Wm. Dahlke hauled cheese to Granton for the county farm cheese factory last week Wed.
Several up-to-date North Grant farmers attended Farmers Institute at Granton last week.
Fred Kier ground feed for George Vine Tuesday and Wednesday.
Oswald Pischer and Vernie Morrison called on Wm. Dahlke Sunday afternoon.
Christian and Robert Keller were Sunday callers at Wm. Schoengarth.
Mr. and Mrs. Kier called on Mr. and Mrs. Dahlke Sunday forenoon.
Alma and Leah Reindel spent Sunday at their grandparents William Schoengarth’s.
Oswald Pischer and Vernie Morrison attended a birthday party at Walter Schlinsog’s at Granton Sun. evening.
School began Monday with Miss Nettie Berg as teacher.
Mrs. F. Dahlke, Ruth and Mabel called at Pischer’s and Garbisch’s on Sunday afternoon.
Fred Kier had his own and one of Mr. Paulson’s horses shod Sat.
Ernest Ayers and Archie Howard were at Granton Monday having their horses shod.
Hy Garbisch attended the school board convention at Neillsville Mon.
We miss seeing Lawrence Davis on our streets since his girl works at Mott Osgood’s.
Wm. Schoengarth is on the telephone line since Saturday.
