ELLEN ELMER/EDWIN FINKLE MARRIAGE
Edwin Finkle and Miss Ellen Elmer were married Thursday, Nov. 26,
1914, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Elmer
northeast of this city (Greenwood, Clark County). Rev. J. S.
Willmarth performed the ceremony in the presence of about fifty
relatives and friends of the contracting parties. Henry Finkle
acted as best man and Miss Olive Elmer as bridesmaid.
The bride is well known to many friends and is a capable young lady
that will be a helpmate in her home.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Finkle of Eaton, and has
earned a reputation of a successful farmer. The newly weds have
moved onto the Dan Stoneberg farm, which they have rented, where
they will be found at home by friends.
