MR. MRS. C. H. CUMMINGS ANNIVERSARY
Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Cummings celebrated their fiftieth wedding
anniversary last Friday, Nov. 2, 1917.
The occasion was remembered by a quiet home gathering.
Mrs. C. D. Williamson and Mrs. Wm. Gallagher of St. Paul were the
only out of town guests. The family enjoyed dinner with Mr. and
Mrs. O. C. Behrens and supper with Mr. and Mrs. John Arends.
Mr. and Mrs. Cummings were recipients of many gifts and greetings
from relatives and friends.
They were married at Whitehall, Wis., Nov. 2, 1867 and moved to
Clark County Jan. 2, 1871, They are parents of six living children,
eighteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Their many friends, together with the Gleaner, extend heartiest
greetings and wish Mr. and Mrs. Cummings many more well and happy
years of wedded life.
