ANNE ZEVNIK/FRANK ZIHERL MARRIAGE
Wednesday, Nov. 7, 1917, at 6 o'clock a.m. in the Holy Family
Church at Willard, Clark County, occurred the marriage of Miss Anne
Zevnik and Mr. Frank Ziherl.
The bridal couple was attended by Frank Zevnik, brother of the
bride, as best man, and Miss Mary Lunka, of Fairchild, as
bridesmaid. The wedding march was played by Geo. McCormick of
Greenwood. The bride was beautifully dressed in white georgette
crepe with a shower bouquet of white roses and the bridesmaid wore
rose color crepe de chine and carried pink roses.
Immediately after the ceremony, which was performed by Rev. Fr.
Katenger, a splendid wedding breakfast was served to a number of
friends at the Zallar home. The bridal party then motored to
Greenwood, returning in time to take the F. N.E. train on their way
to Chicago. From there they will go to Akron, Ohio, where they
expect to make their home.
The bride is the second daughter of Mrs. John Zallar, and has
resided at that place for the past five years, having moved there
from Lorain, Ohio. She is a splendid young lady and well liked by
all.
The groom, while a stranger in the part of the country, has made
many warm friends during his short stay. He is a balloon maker by
trade and has a splendid position manufacturing dirigibles.
The young couple has the best wishes of their many friends for a
long and happy wedded life.
