EFFIE B. ANDREWS/ARTHUR CADMAN MARRIAGE
Miss Effie B. Andrews and Arthur Cadman were untied in Wedlock at
8:30 Wednesday evening at the home of the bride's father, Rev. G.
C. Andrews, the marriage vows being spoken by Rev. W. E.
Kloster.
About thirty relatives and close friends were present after the
ceremony, partook of light refreshments with the bride and
groom.
The bride has a large circle of friends in this section (Clark
County), where she has grown up from infancy. For several years
past she has taught in the surrounding schools, where she has
endeared herself to many of her students. The groom has been a
trusted employee of the N.C. Foster Lumber Co. for years and has a
host of friends to whom he more familiarly known as Big Arthur
.
Mr. and Mrs. Cadman went on the noon train yesterday to Fairchild,
where they go to housekeeping at once. They take with them the well
wishes of their many friends, the Gleaner being glad to be counted
among them.
