SERENA JOHNSON/LEE JOLIVETTE MARRIAGE
Saturday evening at 8:00 o'clock at the M. E. Parsonage occurred
the marriage of Lee Jolivette and Serena Johnson. Rev. T. O.
Thompson, pastor of the M. E. Church, spoke the words which united
those two hearts for their life's journey.
The brother and sister of the bride acted as witnesses.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. Mary Johnson, while the groom is a
son of Mr. and Mrs. I. Jolivette. Both young people are well and
favorably known here and have a host of friends who join the
Gleaner in extending congratulations.
