FRANCES BARR/PAUL MARG MARRIAGE
A quiet wedding took place at St. John's Lutheran Parsonage at
Neillsville, Clark County at 2:00 o'clock on Thursday afternoon,
when Miss Frances Barr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Barr of
Greenwood, became the bride of Paul Marg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Marg Sr., of Pine Valley Township. The bridal couple were attended
by Miss Edna Barr, sister of the bride and by Kurt Marg, brother of
the groom and the Rev. Wm. A. Bauman, pastor of the St. John's
Lutheran Church at Neillsville officiated at the ceremony.
Relatives of the bride and groom accompanied the bridal party to
Neillsville and witnessed the marriage ceremony, after which all
drove to the home of the bride's parents at Greenwood, where a
wedding dinner was served. In the evening, a free dance was given
by the groom at the Globe hall, which drew a large number of
friends.
The newly weds are planning to leave at once on a two month auto
trip through the west, going as far as California. Upon their
return to Wisconsin they plan to make their home in
Neillsville.
The bride has lived most of her life in the west and in the pas few
