ELEANORE KNAACK/EDWARD G. THORSON MARRIAGE
Miss Eleanore Knaack, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Knaack, of
Owen, Clark County, was united in marriage to Edward G. Thorson,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Thorson, of Withee, on Tuesday morning at
10:30 o'clock. The ceremony took place at the home of Rev. B. H.
Shrein, pastor of the German Church at Chippewa Falls.
The bride wore a gown of coral crepe and carried a bouquet of roses
and peonies. Miss Beatrice Knight acted as bridesmaid, and was
attired in a dress of blue crepe and carried a bouquet similar to
the bride. The groom was attended by his brother, Orville
Thorson.
After the ceremony a dinner was served at the home of the bride's
parents, covers being laid for twenty-five friends and
relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Thorson left on a week's wedding trip in the northern
part of the state. They will make their home in Owen.
