Shaver, Phene (Marriage 07/05/1872)

Married, at the parsonage, in Neillsville, Clark County, July 5th, 1872, by Rev. H. W. Bushnell, John N. Kemery to Miss Phene Shaver.

We look upon this as one of the most important captures made by our efficient Deputy Sheriff in all his official career. E has obviously been on the track for sometime and has frequently came near his prize. Now that he has brought about an unconditional surrender we shish him joy in the present and future. The many friends of the bride will also rejoice that in this event we are not deprived of her residence in this place.
