Reitz, Jennie (Marriage - 3 DEC 1891)

If there is one event that gives us more pleasure to report than another, it's a wedding, and it's an especial pleasure to be able to chronicle the fact that today at 10 o'clock, Mr. Isaac Spencer and Miss Jennie Reitz were joined together in the holy bonds of matrimony. The ceremony was performed at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Reitz, by Rev. T. G. Owen. Mr. Spencer is a genial and quiet young man who has made hosts of friends since he came her a few years ago. Last summer he was given a lieutenancy in the military company, as showing the esteem in which he is held by members of that organization. Miss Reitz is the second daughter of Chas., Reitz and wife, of this place, and a popular young lady who made friends of everybody while holding a position in the post office. The Republican and Press joins their many friends in this city and B. R. Falls in wishing the happy young couple joy.
