The Family of August H. & Clara Flaig

In 1905, when August H. Flaig and his wife Clara I. were both twenty-nine years old, they owned a home in Abbotsford, Clark Co., WI.  He worked as a cashier at the local bank and she busied herself with all of her household duties and caring for their two year old son, Otto C.  Clara's unmarried sister, Ada Anderson, also lived with them and ten months of that year she was employed as a bookkeeper. All of them were Wisconsin born.  His parents were natives of Germany and hers were of a Norwegian heritage.
