Celebrating 65 Years

Victor and Josephine (Janicki) Wood recently celebrated their 65^th wedding anniversary November 12, 2006, the same date of their marriage 65 years ago, at Castle Hill Supper Club, surrounded by family and friends.

The couple was married November 12, 1941, at the Assembly of God parsonage in Black River Falls by Pastor Bickett.  Ted Janicki of Neillsville and Inez Johnson were the couple’s attendants.

Josephine’s mother, the late Mary (Mrs. Joe) Janicki of Neillsville, prepared the entire wedding feast.

We would like to thank all our friends and relatives who attended our 65^th wedding anniversary party on Sunday, Nov. 12.  The food served by Castle Hill Supper Club was super.  The music provided by "Sentimental Journey" was great and many enjoyed dancing.  It was an occasion we will greatly remember and we sincerely thank all who helped make it memorable.
