Arletta M. Verbeck was born November 17, 1852 in West Bend, Washington Co., Wisconsin. She was the sixth child and third daughter of Joseph H. and Elizabeth (Carter) Verbeck. She died June 29, 1896. Her father was born September 15, 1818 in Windham, Bradford Co., Pennsylvania and her mother was born February 22, 1823 in Venanago, Crawford Co., Pennsylvania. Both of her parents are buried in Gransville, Mifflin Co., Pennsylvania.
October 16, 1883, Arletta married Dorman H. Stevenson of West Bend, Washington Co., Wisconsin.
