time that the said Albert Tuttle at the time of his death was not possessed of
sufficient
property to leave his widow and children above want: that his property consisted
a small farm - 37 acres- only in part susceptible of cultivation and a small a-
mount of personal property: that the said farm was encumbered by a mortgage, and
that nearly all of the personal property: that the said farm is not to exceed
$250: and
that the said farm would not rent for more that $25 and the taxes: and that the
said
Caroline L. Tuttle has not been remarried since the death of the said Albert
Tuttle, but
still remains his widow: that the children of the said Albert and Caroline L.
Tuttle
- Lillian and Leva - are still living and being cared for and supported by their
mother, Caroline L. Tuttle and said widow - Caroline L. Tuttle is dependant on
her
left no sufficient support for the care of their children. This affiant further
says that he is the chairman of the said town of Weston and is a near neighbor
of
the said Caroline L. Tuttle-living one mile: that he has no interest in the
above
cited pension and is in no way related to the claimant nor concerned in
prosecution of her claim.
