wedding anniversary
Arnold and Delores "Bush" Opelt
celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday, Jan. 17,
2008. To celebrate the occasion, friends and family gathered on Dec. 29, 2007
at the Granton Sportsmen Club. Arnold and Delores were married in 1948 at the
Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church. It was a memorable wedding day as the
temperature dipped down to -40 degrees without wind chill. Arnold and Delores
have six children, 16 grand-children and 13 great-grandchildren, though they are
