I Joseph Suchy herby make the following statements that I bot (bought) $600 of Liberty Bonds & I am ready to buy more next time.
I bot (bought) about $40 of War Stamps.
I have donated to the Red Cross and have always done what I could when called on for war activities.
I have always worked & talked for the United States. I have never favored Austria & did not before she entered the war. I came here when I was 17 years old and have always made this country my country & my home, and the reason I did not take out my papers sooner when I was young I did not know any better and after I was 21 years old I never have been long enough in one place to get my full citizen papers for no fault of mine.
I fully believe this war with Germany & Austria was justified and would have willingly went & defended this country if I had been called on with other married men with families.
Signed & dated this 28 day of Beby (Feby)1919.
