LIZZIE HERMANN/ ELI J. FRITZ MARRIAGE
At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joachim Hermann,
on Twenty-six road, Clark County, occurred another Thanksgiving
wedding, when their daughter Lizzie was united in holy wedlock to
Eli J. Fritz of Columbus. The ceremony took place at five o'clock
and was performed by Rev. Wm. Lang of Loyal. It was witnessed by
the immediate family and by the following out of town relatives:
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fritz, Miss Nora Fritz and Walter Holstine, and
Miss Helen Voigt, all of this Columbus, Julius Voigt of this city,
Mr. and Mrs. Max Heaslett of Loyal and Anna and Mary Blecha, near
neighbors. Walter Holstine was best man and the bride's sister,
Miss Ada, was bridesmaid. A wedding supper was served immediately
following the ceremony and congratulations. Mr. and Mrs. Fritz left
Tuesday for Columbus, where they will reside on the home farm of
the groom's father, he having charge of it. The bride, who is the
oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hermann, and has lived on the
Twenty-six road since their removal to Clark County a few years
ago, has many friends here who wish her and her husband a happy
wedded life.
