Sternitzky, Leo Elmer (8 April 1892 - 8 January 1983)

GRANTON - Leo Sternizky, 90, a resident of Neillsville Memorial Home, Neillsville, died Saturday at the Home.

Services will be Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church, Nasonville, with the Rev. Dale Freberg officiating. Burial will be in Lynn Cemetery. Visitation will be at Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton.

He was born April 8, 1892 in the Town of Lynn and received his education there. He and Edna Jensen were married March 28, 1917 at Granton. She died January 15, 1974. He was self-employed as a carpenter in that area all of his life.

He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Nasonville. Surviving are a son, Gerald of Milladore; eight grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Lula) Ure of Granton and Mrs, Frieda Johnson of Chili.

He was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.
