Auman, Frank (1913 - 1982)
Frank Auman, 69, Route 3, Greenwood, Town of
Warner, Clark County, died early Friday morning, July 16, 1982, at
Memorial Hospital in Neillsville. Funeral services were held
Monday, July 19 at 1 p.m. at Rinka Funeral Home in Greenwood, with
Rev. Charles Sanford officiating. Interment was in Willard
Cemetery.
Frank Auman was born July 10, 1913, in Ely, Minn. to frank and
Angeline Auman. He received his education in Gorman School,
Willard. On Dec. 31, 1941, he and Rose Dechman were married in
Neillsville. After their marriage they farmed in Hendren Township
until 1973. They then moved to the Town of Warner.
He is survived by his wife eight daughters, Mrs. Louis (Mary Ann)
Lesar, Willard Mrs. Harvey (Bernice) LaMarr, Racine Nancy Auman,
Racine Mrs. Linda Vilanpanda, Spencer Mrs. Robert (Elaine)
Langreck, Spencer Miss Debra Auman, Eagle three sons, Jerold,
Willard Robert, at home and David, at home one brother, Victor
Auman, Chicago, Ill. and five sisters, Mrs. John (Antonette)
Panyon, Duluth, Minn. Mrs. Angeline Verhunce, Greenwood Mrs. Ann
Hoffman, Reno, Nevada Mrs. Barney (Mary) Degance, Willard and Mrs.
Ignacs (Steffie) Gabrovec, Willard ten grandchildren and one
great-granddaughter.
He is predeceased by his parents, and one brother, Felix.
Pallbearers were Bob Langreck, Tom Wren, Frank Verhunce, John
Verhunce, Louie Lesar, and Harvey LaMarr.
Rinka Funeral Home, Greenwood, was in charge of arrangements.
