Kleinschmidt, Hattie (1901 - 1982)
Hattie Kleinschmidt, 81, of 106 W. Mill St.,
Loyal, Clark County, died at 4:25 a.m., Friday, Aug. 27, 1982, at
St. Joseph's Hospital , Marshfield.
Services were conducted at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal, at 11
a.m. Monday, Aug. 30.
Hattie Neitzel was born in the town of Loyal to Mr. and Mrs.
William Neitzel on March 17, 1901, and received her education at
Loyal rural schools.
She was raised on a farm northeast of Loyal. On Nov. 30, 1921, she
was married in Loyal to William Kleinschmidt. They celebrated their
Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1971.
After their marriage, they farmed in the Town of Unity until 1972,
when they moved to the City of Loyal.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid. She
was also a member of the Loyal American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survivied by her husband, William one daughter, Mrs. Harlan
(Karlene) Berg of Loyal one brother, Max O. Neitzel of Abbotsford
one sister, Mrs. Cora Hilkemier of LaVerne, Minn. six grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by one son, Virgil three sisters and one
brother.
Serving as organist was Ronald Much. Pallbearers were Dave Slaby,
Roman Walter, Gene Artz, Clarence Aumann, Ronald Hoeser and Albert
Walter. Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal was in charge of
arrangements.
