Anderson, Alfred U. (1899 - 1982)

Alfred U. Anderson, 83, of 203 Pine St., Abbotsford, died at 1:20 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1982, at St. Joseph'' Hospital, Marshfield.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 18, at the First Presbyterian Church, Abbotsford. Rev. Robert Everhard officiated and interment was in the Abbotsford Public Cemetery.

Alfred Anderson was born in the Tow of Beaver on March 18, 1899. He was married to Linnea Johnson at Loyal, Clark County May 3, 1927.

He farmed in the Town of Beaver from 1927-1959, then moved to Abbotsford. He was employed at Streckert's Mfg. until he retired in 1966.

Surviving are one son, Bernard of Withee one daughter, Mrs. Ron (Lois) Richardson of Sherman, Texas two sisters, Hulda Reichert of Tucson, Ariz. And Freida Schuchardt of Tucson, Ariz. and ten grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Linnea, in Oct. 1977 three brothers and one sister.
