Bauer, Frank J. (1917 - 1983)

Frank J. Bauer, 66, son of the late William and Caroline Bauer of Colby, died Feb. 24, 1983, at his home in Los Angeles, Cal.

He graduated from Unity High School in 1933, taught school in the Colby and Loyal area until he joined the Army in 1941, and graduated from Stanford University in 1955, with his doctorate in Psychology. He was a professor at Woodbury University in Los Angeles until his retirement in 1981.

He is survived by two brothers, Albert of Rockford, Ill. and Bill of Wis. Rapids three sisters, Margaret Hollman of Florida, Marie Jastrow of South Milwaukee and Julie Bergner of Mishicot. He was preceded in death by his sister, Regina, and his parents.
