Ehlert, Julius (1892 - 1983)
Julius Ehlert, 90, of 321 First St., Loyal,
Clark County, died Friday evening, April 1, 1983, at Memorial
Hospital, Neillsville.
Funeral services for Mr. Ehlert were at 11 a.m., Monday, April 4,
1983, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal. Officiating was Rev.
Joseph R. Kraly. Burial was in the Pine Grove Cemetery, with Henry
Jurz, Corey Kurz, James Pachal, Roger Pachal, Virgil Pachal and
Glen Eskidsen serving as pallbearers. Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal,
was in charge of arrangements.
Julius Ehlert was born to William and Bertha (nee Falkentahl)
Ehlert on June 27, 1892, in the Town of Loyal. He received his
education at rural Loyal Schools.
On March 19, 1930, he and Anna Kurz were married at Loyal. They
celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1980.
After his marriage, he farmed in the Town of Loyal until 1966, when
he moved to the City of Loyal and was a McConnon dealer until 1973,
when he retired.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal.
Surviving him are his wife, Anna one son, Reuben of Loyal one
daughter, Mrs. Duane (Janet) Pachal of Loyal and seven
grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents two brothers and one
sister.
