Haselow, Albert (1908 - 1983)


Albert Haselow, 74, of 408 S. Division, Loyal, Clark County, died early Thursday morning, June 30, 1983, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Funeral services for Mr. Haselow were conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 2, 1983, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal. Officiating was Rev. Joseph R. Kraly. Interment was in the Loyal Lutheran Cemetery.

Albert Haselow was born on Nov. 19, 1908, in the Town of Sherman to William and Bertha (nee Blodeau) Haselow. He received his education at a rural Spokeville School.

On June 10, 1936, he and Violet Gretzner were married at the Lutheran Church in Loyal. He farmed all his life in the Town of Sherman until 1963, then moved into the City of Loyal. He worked part-time for Roth Mfg. Co. and E-Z Camper.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal.

Surviving him are his wife one son, Gordon Haselow of Spencer three daughters, Mrs. Gene (Carol) Querin of Medford, Mrs. John (Marliss) Paradies of Holcombe and Mrs. Jim (Veryl) Kennedy of Fergus Falls, Minn. two brothers, Ervin of Chili and Elmer of Owen and six grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers were Gordon Haselow, Gene Querin, John Paradies, Steve Haselow, Jerry Knoll and Doug Gilbertson. Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, handled arrangements.

Memorial are to be sent to Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal.
