Vickers, Lloyd (9 NOV 1929 - 21 FEB 2002)

OWEN, Clark County - Lloyd Ralph "Red" Vickers, 72, of Owen, died Feb. 21, 2002, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Owen. Burial will be at St. Ann's Cemetery in the town of Greenwood, rural Rib Lake.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Maurina Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 7:30 p.m.

He was born Nov. 9, 1929, in Enid, Okla., to Ralph and Hazel Vickers. He married Margaret Dums on Oct. 1, 1955. He was last employed with the former Teledyn Post, retiring in 1994. He was also employed part-time hauling milk.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Vickers and his sister, Dorothy (George) Shattuck of Owen.
