JOSEPH PASTOR


Joseph Peter Pastor, 84, Greenwood, Clark County, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 1996, in the emergency room of St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, Feb. 10, 1996, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood. Father Joseph Follmar will officiate.


Joseph Peter Pastor was born on Aug. 20, 1911, in Chicago, Ill., to Frank and Anna (nee Folk) Pastor. He received his education in Chicago. He married Mary Peck on Sept. 17, 1938, in Chicago. She survives. He moved from Chicago to Greenwood in 1948 and farmed until retiring in 1974. He was a member of the Benjamin School Board in the Town of Mead and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.


Survivors include his wife one daughter, Nancy (Bud) Hindman, Mosinee one son, Joe Pastor, Fort Atkinson three grandchildren one great-grandchild one brother, Andrew Pastor, Pleasant Lake, Ind. nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Rose Schaeffer.


Rinka Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
