Zepaltas, John (1941 - 7 FEB 1985)


A former Greenwood, Clark County resident, John Zepaltas Jr., 43, son of Rose Zepaltas of Phillips and the late John Zepaltas Sr., died of a heart attack Thursday, Feb. 7, 1985, in Louisiana. He was on active duty in the Army National Guard.

Services and burial were at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, Feb. 11.

Surviving are his wife, Helen of Aberdeen, Md. daughters, Debbie Ann of Texas, Sharan of Ear Claire and Dana at home his mother, Mrs. Rose Zepaltas, and two grandmothers, Mrs. Mary Jasurda of Phillips, and Mrs. Josephine Zepaltas of Chicago two brothers, James of Eau Claire and Thomas of Los Angeles six sisters, Mrs. Leo (Nancy) Fellenz of Ripon, Mrs. Paul (Mary Ann) Becker of Milwaukee, Mrs. Myron (Donna) Hatteli and Mrs. Mark (Diane) Roach, both of Eau Claire, Mrs. David (Debra) Doering of Kaukauna and Mrs. Paul (Kathy) Bielen of Madison.
