Brecht, Michael (16 FEB 1949 - 9 MAR 1985)

A memorial service will be conducted by Rev. James Logan on Thursday evening, March 14, 1985, at 8 p.m. at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, for Michael Brecht, 36, formerly of Spencer.

Mr. Brecht died at 5 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 1985, at Harborview Medical Center, Seattle, Wash.

Visitations will be from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday.

Michael Brecht was born to Herman and Mabel (nee Vogel) Brecht on Feb. 16, 1949, at Marshfield. He received his education at Loyal High School.

On Dec. 6, 1969, he and Judy Kohlnhofer were married at Greenwood, Clark County. They were later divorced.

He worked for Marshfield Homes and also Artcraft as a service man. For the past one and one-half years he has been residing at Montana and Washington.

He is survived by two children, Heidi and Amanda, both of Spencer two brothers, Wayne of Loyal and Patrick of Schaumburg, Ill. and one sister, Mrs. Gene (Carol) Vick of Manhattan, Mont.

Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, is in charge of arrangements.
