Rueth, Albert (11 JUN 1900 - 5 MAY 1985)


Albert Rueth, 84, 310 N. Division, Loyal, Clark County, died at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, May 5, 1985 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 8 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Rev. James Logan officiated. Pallbearers were Mike, Bill and Joe Rueth, Allen Schultz, Joe Weyer, and Paul Bugar Jr.

He was born June 11, 1900 in Beaver Dam to Joseph and Mary (nee Roedell) Rueth. He received his education at St. Balthasar School.

On Nov. 24, 1924 he married Martha Mrotek at Kewaunee, Wis.

He farmed all his life in the Town of Loyal, retiring in 1978 and moving to the city of Loyal. He and his wife celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1974.

He was a member of St. Anthony's Church.

He is survived by one son, Sylvester, Loyal eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife on July 4, 1982 three sisters, Theresa, Verona, Martha five brothers, Frank, Leo, John, Joseph and Pete one daughter, Cecelia Bugar.

Rinka Funeral Home handled arrangements.
