Rue, Charles H. (16 JAN 1921 - 29 JUN 1985)

Charles H. Rue, 64, died at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 1985 at the Owen-Withee Family Clinic.

He was born Jan. 16, 1921 in the town of Spencer to Max and eve (nee Vanderhoff) Rue.

Rue married Beatrice Franz May 23, 1964 in Owen, Clark County. He farmed in the town of Sherman and lived in Owen for the past nine years.

His parents preceded him in death.

Rue is survived by his wife, Beatrice two sons, Blaine and Max, Owen one daughter, Kathy, Owen and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held July at the Maurina Funeral Home, Owen. Rev. Clyde King, pastor of the Withee Methodist Church, officiated.

Burial was in the West Spencer Cemetery.
