Matowitz, June Marie (29 JUN 1927 - 5 NOV 1985)

Funeral services were held Thursday, Nov. 7 at 11 a.m. at the Westgor Funeral Home in Neenah for Mrs. Marvin Matowitz, the former June Marie Hawley. The Rev. Harold Reibe officiated. She died unexpectedly at her home early Tuesday morning, Nov. 5, 1985.

June Marie Hawley was born June 29, 1927 in Greenwood, Clark County, to Dale and Lillian Hawley. She attended schools in Greenwood and Loyal area and graduated from Loyal High School in 1945. She married Marvin Matowitz in 1946 in Marshfield. She had been a resident of Neenah for the past 28 years.

Survivors include her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Steve (Jean) Blank, Neenah two sons, Joe, West Allis and Pete, Neenah four sisters, Lois Tompkins, Neenah Dawn Scheller, Loyal Doreen Newhouse, Neenah, and Sue Rudy, Crete, Ill. three brothers, Jack Hawley, Wausau Tom Hawley, Nichols, Dale Hawley, Mequon, and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Bill, and two brothers, Roger and Jim Hawley.
