Schuette, Lilly (1 SEP 1900 - 13 NOV 1985)

Lilly Schuette, 85, Route 1, Unity, died at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Marshfield Hospice unite.

After a funeral at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Unity, she was buried in South Green Grove Cemetery. Rev. Roland Rakow officiated.

The former Lilly Reach was born Sept. 1, 11900, and received her education at the Green Grove School.

She married Walter Schuette on Dec. 22, 1920 and farmed in the town of Beaver, Clark County. She was a member of St. Luke's Church.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Carl (Elpha) Zarnstorff, Owen Mrs. Franklin (Blanche) Zimmerman, Neillsville Mrs. Donald (Dorothy) Smith, Loyal and Mrs. Jerry (Constance) Uhlig, Sturtevant two sons, Delbert and Eldred, Unity one sister, Mrs. Leona Ruzek, Manitowoc. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 37 great-grand-children.

Pallbearers were Jeff Schuette, Michael Schuette, Darryl Schuette, Allan Olson, Neil Smith, and Lynn Smith, all grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, Carl, and one daughter, Irene Olson. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Minnie (nee Dryer) Reack, three brothers, and four sisters.

Rinka Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
