Malnory, Althea (20 JAN 1912 - 29 NOV 1985)


Althea Malnory, 73, of Route 1, Willard, Clark County, died Friday morning, Nov. 29, 1985, at Memorial Hospital, Neillsville.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 3, 1985, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. Officiating was Rev. James Lesczynski. Burial was in Holy Family Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were grandsons. Rinka Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Althea Parker was born to Mr. and Mrs. John Parker on Jan. 20, 1912, at Park Falls. She received her education at Park Falls school.

In 1940 she was married to Frank Malnory at Milwaukee. She lived in Milwaukee, worked as a dietician for a hospital in Milwaukee. In 1968 they moved to the Rock Dam area and lived there in retirement.

She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the altar society.

Surviving her are one son, Robert of Elk Mound, Wis. one daughter, Mrs. George (Carol) Scherer of Muskego Lake, Wis. one brother, Delbert Parker of Brookfield, Wis. 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband and parents.
