Konrath, Lillian C. (25 FEB 1900 - 11 DEC
1985)
Funeral services for Lillian C. Konrath, 85, Neillsville Memorial
Nursing Home, were held Saturday, Dec. 14, 1985 at 3 p.m. at Our
Savior's Lutheran Church, Greenwood. She died at the nursing home
on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. Rev. Richard Sorenson
officiated. Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 25, 1900 in Greenwood to Michael and Mathilda
(nee Larson) Hendrickson. She received her education in
Christopherson School in Greenwood. On Sept. 10, 1927, she married
Ivan Hanson at Chicago, Ill. He died April 8, 1940. She then
married Joseph Konrath on Nov. 22, 1947 at Peoria, Ill. He died in
the spring of 1958. She worked as a housekeeper in Minneapolis,
Chicago, and Milwaukee from 1943-45. She worked as a civilian for
Signal Corp. U.S. Army. She lived with her son until the time of
his death. She resided at the nursing home since May of 1983.
She was an associate member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church,
Greenwood.
Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Sonia Hanson, Chicago, one
grandson, Felix Hanson, Chicago, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by one daughter, one son, Sedric Ivan
Hanson, who died April 18, 1983, four sisters and three
brothers.
Rux Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements.
